Support me lord and progress me in this life and the hereafter

admit me lord a honorable admittance and let me depart a honorable departure and grant me from thee a powerful support..

 such is the words on my  tongue this afternoon and i forget the arabic f it

 rabbi adkhilini mudkhala sidqimnwa akhrijni mukhraja sidqin waj alni min ladunka sultana nasiran

  and from this sura is the part which says establish  prayer from the setting of the sun until darkness of the night  

 and from the night arise from sleep for prayer with it as additional for you  - one translation

 And during the night, meditate (singular) with it for your (singular) own benefit and perhaps your Lord may raise you (singular) to a praiseworthy position - another translation

During the night, you shall meditate for extra credit - another translation

 this part i dont do and by the grace and support of the most gracious this is what i plan to adopt..

 a little bit of the night dedicated to my creator - be it 5 mins be it 1 minute i seek to dedicate to God alone..

 may my Lord accept it from me..
