I am at your mercy lord. I need your healing touch.. for me for the children.. I feel rundown and my throat is throbbing. I need your help lord.. I come to you as my only lord and master.. as my King and creator I come to you to ask you to fix us and make us well again. Most gracious lord please help me.

God is always with you. You honor him by honoring you for you are of God, shaped and created in his image.
Its important to take care of yourself equal to how you take care of your children. You are their template and you teach not only by what you say but by what you do. The best example you can teach is how to live well, be happy, and take care of oneself.
