i'll WALK with GOD

i just woke up today and this song was being sung on Song of praises by that guy that used to be part of G4 -in one of those x-factors programmes,
anyhow the way he sung it was rather awful if i am honest.. but I was captivated by the words...

I'll walk with God from this day on

His helping hand I'll lean upon

This is my prayer my humble plea

May the Lord be ever with me

A very simple poignant plea, a simple and understated song -I'walk with God and He'll set me free..

through the words i am at lenght to remember this other favourite hymn..( i only include the part that strikes a cord within me)
