Period..

when its there it is a literal pain in the arse....when its not it sometimes can be

really, some have it easy - no worries no issues, just comes and goes...and some have it worse - pain, cramps, headaches

Lord I am in PAin!!!! and yes it hurts...

in a short space of time, i have been on all fours, walking about like a cat, hoping that will give relief... hmmmmm NO
i have wiggled my jubbly behind, hoping that will give relief.......hmmmmmmmm NO NO
I have eaten biscuits - hoping i will get relief, hmmmm maybe yes....but it still hurts!!!!!!!

at this stage i want to cry, i want to shout i want to scream..........ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
But all in all, in moments of weakness, pain or anguish, we remember thee O God.
body and soul we remember thee O Lord,

in every pain, is a blessing, is a provision, is a sign from the Most Gracious...
