zakat..one fifth??? working title

Surah 8:41..The arabic does not mention spoils.of war..so i ask again zakat is it not one fifth.. because the way it is sectioned in terms of where the money goes..is the same as 2:215..

Gw i am guided by the fact that i rely on God and his words in Quran..and other scriptures..if i am honest the 2.5% has never been clear to me how it is calculated..and it is the same veil i approach salat that i approach this.. not that i currently am consistent anyways with zakat but if i come to a conclusion that it is one fifth may God allow me to do the right thing consistently and continuously..
